KT, your dog poo druid spells provide lots of healing for the party, killed a pirate, and got you the spiderbot. Not sure what you were expecting?
And also, the whole thing about bows in melee isn't so much about how useful or useless you'd be, it's about what's realistic. I just don't want to hear you guys complain when, in the next module or two, you face some gnoll archers or guys who joust you with heavy lances every round.
