The Dustmen look mostly human. They don't seem to be undead- they definitely bleed and die, there's a little pile of them right here, starting to stink. They're just abnormally tall, thin, and pale, with oversized heads, eyes, and hands. They all look pretty similar though- not a lot of strain variability, here.
